Dream Land

Ok so I had a weird dream last night. I dreamed I bought a sports car with a cloth roof, I then drove it into a gas station, I mean not to a gas station but drove it through the doors. I didn't break anything and the doors automatically opened, but still I drove it into the station. Weird! I then bought a white extended cab pickup from a guy in my hometown. It was snowing outside and there was a car accident and there was no ambulance around to help the person who was hurt so I went with a friend, who I can't remember their name, and woke up the guy in charge of the ambulance service. We then drove my truck over to the accident down the street and began helping get him out of there. We were near the local lumber yard and put two big sheets of wood in the bed of my truck and then loaded him up and began to take him to the hospital. I'm not going to even begin to try to figure out what this dream was about but it was weird and I needed to write it down.
